Northeastern University Visitor Center Interactive Walls

Interviewed and wrote about students on global study, volunteer service, and co-ops, for Northeastern University Visitor Center’s interactive walls. Wrote profiles about faculty, assembled content and assets, uploaded to custom CMS, and QA tested screens. Read the news article.

User Guide and Quick Start Guide for UMass Boston Website

Content management and migration to a new website for two colleges at the University of Massachusetts, Boston (College of Nursing and Health Sciences and College of Liberal Arts). Created content inventory and mapped existing pages to the new site. Collaborated with more than 20 faculty, staff and administrators to review, edit, and rewrite content. Authored user guide and training manual for the content management system.
